Wales glorious Wales

If you didn't already know, i've been to Wales.
On Tuesday morning i had to get up at 6 to go to the airport, it has been a while since i've seen 6 am. And when i got there, as i was walking out of the door of the airport in Liverpool (Yoko Ono Airport) Owain was walking in to meet me. Then he drove me back to his house, after a little unplanned detour (ie. we got slightly lost on the way) we arrived at his. the house was really big, and his family are so nice. I was given the guest bedroom which is bigger than my room, and has it's own en suite. I'd never had a double bed all to myself before! So on Tuesday Owain brought me to Llandudno, that is almost certainly the wrong spelling, and for the sake of my sanity don't ask me to pronounce it! It reminded me of the best bits of Bangor only bigger...and welsh.
only that's one thing that i noticed, almost nobody sounded welsh. not that i'm complaining, i just expected to hear something that sounded at least a little bit welsh. After Llandudno we went back to Owain's house and his mum made some delicious dinner, which included some delicious dessert.

and now for some pictures of the wonderfull Llandudno (feel free to correct my spelling of that)

After our trip to ^ there, and our yummy dinner, we went out to the Plough to have a drink with some of his friends. It was fun, quite busy, people seemed quite interested in me because of the fact that i'm irish. many jokes were made about us bombing each other lol. Rhys picked us up about 12 i think, i can't remember i was quite drunk.

The next morning i woke up and had a shower, with a little bit of a sore head, but that was to be expected. There were cleaning ladies in doing the house, that's how posh Owain is, he has cleaning ladies as in more than one!
After Owain got out of bed and we both had some breakfast we went to Chester which was alot of fun, we shopped and had some lunch ,
we walked around the walls, which was a long walk...and we all know what i'm like with walking, but i did feel oddly energetic considering i had been drinking the night before!

LOL on one of the traffic lights we saw a sticker that said www.notenglish.com the poor oppressed welsh, as a fellow minority i have sympathy with their cause.

Well i'm home now :( but am going out for drinks with Queenie, Neil and Julian so that should be fun, it's been forever since i've seen Queenie!!

i have some more pictures from Wales which will be posted if i can ever be bothered

i've just found a massive wasp under my bed...this is the same massive wasp that went missing iin Lisa's bedroom last week.......how long has it been using my bedroom as headquarters?
we'll never know, it's now been forced to take up residence in our vaccuum cleaner.

Aga forgive them

HOLY FUCKING FUCK
this freaked me out bigtime

Happy Hanukkah ladies and gents

(news on my Welsh trip soon)

BUSY FUCKING DAY

busy day, BUSY DAY, can i say that one more time...BUSY FUCKING DAY!
so i was run off my feet today, now i'm having a well deserved rest, and what's wonderful is that i don't start till 11 tomorrow :)
The winner of the X factor was announced tonight, but do i care who it is? do i bugger. last years winner has rightly been wiped off the face of my celebrity radar! and hopefully this year's winner won't last long either

George

There's nothing like having a night in to wash your hair and watch some really bad saturday night tv with a glass of rosé. and ladies and gents that's exactly what i've done tomorrow.

and may i say rest in peace George Best, i didn't manage to see anything of the funeral because i was in work all day but i hear that it was the biggest Belfast has, and probably will ever see.

speaking of work, today was quite a long day, in from 8-6:30, but i had my CDs so they helped me through it, it was quite terrifying to think that i would have to cope with what potentially could've been one of the longest days of the year without another fully trained supervisor to help. but we coped, and coped well, so excuse me if i'm a little smug :)

I'm going to Wales.
Dirty weekend? i hope so lol

i'm gonna tell you a secret

Just thought i'd share this,
it was one hell of a night, but don't they all look nice.

I've had a wonderful little day, i didn't have any uni to go to so i stayed in bed for ages, had a long bath then cleaned my room...if that doesn't sound like fun i don't know what does! it was a great day, could it be that i'm becoming domesticated? i certainly hope not.

Tonight is the television premiere of I'm Gonna Tell You A Secret. The documentary following my dear lady Madonna on her reinvention tour, look out for a 10 minute close-up of jenny and I.

And it looks as if i'm going to Wales after all :) i'll be going over for the night just before christmas, i'm really looking forward to it! Lets hope i don't make a tit of myself...
